Agency and reseller data responsibilities

Agencies using Elevale white-label branding have specific data protection responsibilities.

Roles

• Elevale: Platform processor; provides infrastructure, security, and subprocessors
• Agency: Often controller for client workspace data; configures branding, legal URLs, and support contact
• End user: Uses workspace under agency or direct Elevale terms

Agency obligations

• Publish accurate Privacy Policy and Terms URLs in Agency Settings (or use Elevale defaults)
• Accept reseller terms at agency signup
• Ensure client consent where required before uploading personal data
• Respond to client privacy requests or escalate to Elevale where appropriate

Branded legal links

Configure privacy and terms URLs in Agency Settings → Public presence. Signup flows use your URLs when set; otherwise Elevale defaults apply.
