Who is responsible?
Saint Financial Group Limited is responsible for the service you interact with under the Elevale brand. The platform is hosted and operated by Saint Financial Group Limited (Elevale) as a data processor on our behalf, including authentication, storage, security, and optional analytics.
If you have questions about cookies, contact us at support@elevale.app. For platform infrastructure questions, Elevale acts on our instructions under a Data Processing Agreement.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They help the app remember your session, preferences, and (where you consent) usage patterns.
How we use cookies
Essential cookies (always active)
These cookies are strictly necessary for Elevale to function. They cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Authentication: Keep you signed in securely (Supabase Auth session cookies)
- Security: CSRF protection, session integrity, and fraud prevention
- Preferences: Remember cookie consent choices and essential UI settings
- Load balancing: Route requests reliably to our application servers

Analytics cookies (optional, require consent)
With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how Elevale is used so we can improve performance and features. These cookies collect aggregated usage data and do not sell your personal information.

Your choice is stored locally and recorded in our systems (retained for 1 year for compliance evidence). You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies for this site and making a new choice on your next visit.
Third-party cookies and subprocessors
Some cookies are set by trusted subprocessors that help us deliver Elevale:
- Supabase: Authentication and database (essential)
- Fly.io: Application hosting (essential)
- Stripe: Payment processing when you manage billing (essential for checkout flows)

How long cookies last
- Session cookies: Deleted when you close your browser
- Persistent auth cookies: Up to 7 days (or until sign-out), depending on your session settings
- Cookie consent record: 1 year
- Analytics cookies: Up to 13 months where enabled and consented
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent Elevale from working correctly. Refer to your browser help pages for instructions (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
White-label and agency branding
If you access Elevale via a partner or agency-branded domain, this policy applies to that branded experience. Saint Financial Group Limited remains responsible for your relationship with the service; Elevale provides the underlying platform infrastructure as processor.
