Last updated: 7 July 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Elevale, operated by Saint Financial Group Limited. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension, account disabling, or termination.

1. Permitted use

Elevale is a business software platform for strategic planning, OKRs, KPIs, process management, collaboration, and related professional use. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes consistent with your subscription and role permissions.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Elevale to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Engage in harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or fraudulent activity
  • Upload, transmit, or store malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, workspaces, systems, or data
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform except through documented APIs you are authorised to use

  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automated abuse through the platform or integrations
  • Place excessive load on infrastructure or interfere with other users' access

3. AI-specific rules

When using AI features (chat, voice, OKR suggestions, insights, web research, embeddings):

  • Do not use AI to generate illegal content, malware instructions, or content that violates third-party rights
  • Do not use AI for automated abuse, credential stuffing, or evasion of security controls
  • Do not input special category or sensitive personal data (health, biometric, racial origin, etc.) unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards
  • Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored professional advice in regulated fields (legal, financial, medical, tax, etc.) where you lack qualification or licence to provide such advice
  • Do not rely on AI outputs for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human review
  • Comply with third-party AI provider terms, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Perplexity, and ElevenLabs

Workspace admins should control which users and content are exposed to AI retrieval (RAG) features. Sensitive material should not be included in contexts sent to AI unless necessary and permitted.

  • Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Obtain necessary consents before uploading personal data about third parties
  • Do not publish confidential or regulated data publicly without authorisation

5. Integrations

When connecting OAuth or API integrations (Google, Meta, Xero, etc.):

  • Connect only accounts you are authorised to use
  • Comply with each platform's developer and user terms
  • Do not use integration data for purposes outside Elevale functionality you enabled
  • Revoke integrations you no longer need

6. Security obligations

  • Complete mandatory MFA and keep credentials secure
  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Report suspected breaches or unauthorised access to contact form promptly
  • Review workspace membership and permissions regularly
  • Do not disable or bypass security features

7. Monitoring and enforcement

We may monitor use for security, abuse prevention, and compliance with these Terms. We maintain audit logs of key workspace actions. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Enforcement actions include warnings, feature restrictions, AI wallet blocks, account suspension (is_disabled), workspace lockout, and termination. We are not obligated to provide advance notice where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or users.

8. Reporting violations

Report suspected AUP violations to contact form with relevant details. For security incidents, use the subject line "Security report".
