Saint Financial Group Limited is responsible for the service you interact with under the Elevale brand. The platform is hosted and operated by Saint Financial Group Limited (Elevale) as a data processor on our behalf, including authentication, storage, security, and optional analytics.

What are cookies?

These cookies are strictly necessary for Elevale to function. They cannot be switched off in our systems.

Analytics cookies (optional, require consent)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics cookies on the marketing site to understand how visitors use elevale.com so we can improve performance and content. These cookies collect aggregated usage data. We do not sell your personal information and do not use advertising cookies.

Functional cookies (optional, require consent)

How long cookies last

Session cookies: Deleted when you close your browser
Persistent auth cookies: Up to 7 days (or until sign-out), depending on your session settings
Locale preference cookies: Up to 1 year

Live chat cookies: Up to 13 months where enabled and consented

If you access Elevale via a partner or agency-branded domain, this policy applies to that branded experience. Saint Financial Group Limited remains responsible for your relationship with the service; Elevale provides the underlying platform infrastructure as processor.
