About the service
Elevale is a business management platform for OKRs, KPIs, tasks, business briefs, process mapping, wiki documentation, AI assistance, integrations, and team collaboration. Features vary by plan. We may add, change, or retire features with reasonable notice where the change materially reduces paid functionality.
The Service is provided by Saint Financial Group Limited. Core infrastructure is operated by Saint Financial Group Limited (Elevale) as described in our compliance documentation.

- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an Account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your Account
- Multi-factor authentication is required after signup
- Each user must have their own Account. Shared logins are not permitted
- Workspace admins may invite users and assign roles. Admins are responsible for permissions they grant
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at checkout
- Prices, currency, and included features are shown at purchase and on our pricing page
- We may change prices on renewal with at least 30 days notice. Changes apply from your next billing date unless you cancel
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and add-ons you select
- You are responsible for applicable taxes not collected by us where required by law
Trials and promotions
Free trials or promotional access may be offered at our discretion. When a trial ends, you must subscribe to continue paid features or your access may be limited. Promotion terms are stated at sign-up.
Failed payments and suspension
If payment fails, we may retry charges and notify you. After a grace period, we may restrict access until payment is received. Long-standing non-payment may result in workspace cancellation per our retention policy.
Cancellation and refunds

- Refunds are handled per our published refund policy and applicable consumer law. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial billing periods
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless stated otherwise
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes
- Upload malware, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service beyond normal API use permitted by us
- Overload or interfere with infrastructure (including denial-of-service attempts)

- Upload personal data without a lawful basis or required privacy notices to data subjects
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
- Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service except under a separate authorised reseller agreement
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate Accounts or Workspaces that breach these Terms or pose a security risk.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of Content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, back up, and display Content solely to operate the Service, including AI features you enable, integrations you connect, and support you request.
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Content and for obtaining rights and consents needed to upload it. You must not upload Content that violates law or third-party rights.
For business customers, when we process personal data in Content on your instructions, our Data Processing Agreement applies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account and usage data.
AI features
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or employment decisions. AI features may send prompts and relevant workspace context to subprocessors as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use AI features to generate illegal content or to attempt to extract training data or system prompts. We may apply usage limits to AI features by plan.
Integrations and third-party services
Integrations (for example Xero, Google Ads, Meta, GitHub) are optional and subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. You authorise data flows when you connect an integration. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or data handling outside our control.
Intellectual property
Elevale, its logos, software, documentation, and marketing materials are owned by Saint Financial Group Limited or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service during your Subscription. No other rights are granted.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of the relationship, except where disclosure is required by law. Our security measures are described at Security and data protection.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, upgrades, and factors outside our control may cause downtime. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
Support is provided via in-app help, documentation at /help, and our contact channels. Response times may vary by plan.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited.
Elevale is a business productivity tool, not legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own compliance obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Saint Financial Group Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us in that period (or GBP £100 if you use a free plan)
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saint Financial Group Limited against claims, damages, and costs arising from your Content, your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Suspension and termination
- You may close your Account at any time from Profile → Security
- You may cancel a Subscription from billing settings
- We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data deletion and export follow our retention policy
Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits, indemnity, governing law, and IP) survive termination.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or utility failures, and government actions.
Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice where required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with one that achieves the intended effect as far as permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact form.
