Welcome to the Elevale reseller platform. You resell a white-label strategy and execution workspace under your brand, bill and support your clients, and Elevale provides the platform infrastructure. This guide matches the in-app Get Started Guide on your Reseller Dashboard.
Your role in three commitments
Your branding: app name, logo, colours, custom domain, and client-facing legal links.
Your clients: commercial relationship, first-line support, and billing (unless you use automated Stripe Connect subscriptions).
Elevale infrastructure: hosting, product updates, security, AI processing, and reseller platform support.
Recommended setup path
Complete these steps in order. Each step links to the relevant admin area or documentation article.
1. Brand your organisation: open Branding and set app name, logo, colours, and footer legal name. See White-label branding.
2. Custom domain (optional): add a CNAME in Branding → Custom Domain for a fully white-label login and signup experience.
3. Choose billing approach: Self-Billing (license pool) or Stripe Connect (automated client subscriptions). See Reselling pricing and fees and Billing models: licenses vs AI wallet.
4. Connect Stripe (recommended): open Reselling → Stripe for client AI wallet card top-ups and/or automated seat billing. Follow Stripe Connect setup.
5. Top up your agency AI wallet: from Billing so AI features stay available across client workspaces.
6. Create your first client workspace: Workspaces. Follow Onboarding your first client.
7. Invite your agency team: Team so colleagues can help manage clients.
8. Configure email (optional): Email for branded transactional messages or webhook delivery.
Reseller Dashboard overview
Open the Reseller Dashboard from the sidebar (agency admins only). Main tabs:
Dashboard: overview metrics and quick actions.
Workspaces: create, manage, and support client workspaces; approve AI credit requests.
Reselling: pricing, feature defaults, Stripe Connect, trials, and billing overrides.
Branding: identity, custom domain, public presence, and help center settings.
Email: transactional email provider and sending domain.
Team: agency staff with agency_admin or other org roles.
Billing: license pool, agency AI wallet, invoices, and payment methods.
Billing models at a glance
Self-Billing (license pool): you buy licenses from Elevale and assign seats to workspaces. You invoice clients yourself. Best for agencies with existing billing relationships.
Stripe Connect (automated): clients subscribe through your Stripe account; Elevale deducts a platform application fee per seat. Requires Stripe Connect and enables public signup links.
Hybrid: many resellers keep workspaces on Self-Billing for seats while connecting Stripe only so clients can top up AI wallets by card.
In-app Get Started Guide
A floating guide appears on the Reseller Dashboard for new agency admins.
It tracks branding, domain, Stripe, first workspace, and team invites.
Dismiss it anytime; reopen from the docked tab on the right edge of the screen.
Legal and compliance basics
You accepted the Reseller Terms of Service at signup (timestamp recorded).
Publish your own Privacy Policy and Terms URLs in Branding for client-facing footers.
Review Agency and reseller data responsibilities, you are typically controller for client personal data on white-label deployments.
Enter a Data Processing Agreement with Elevale where required.
